Your data and privacy
Where the diary is kept, who sees it, what we never do with it, and how to take it with you or delete it.
Where the diary is kept
On your phone first — the app works without a network. With an account, also on our servers in the European Union, and only in the families you belong to. Every connection is encrypted. The copy on the phone is protected by the phone itself: keep it locked with a code or a fingerprint.
Who sees it
Only the people in your family — the ones you invited, with the roles you gave them. Nobody outside the family sees your diary, and no person or company buys it.
What we never do
- We never sell your data or share it for advertising. The web app has no ads.
- No entry, medicine's name, temperature, photo or voice note goes into our error reports, logs or the addresses of links.
- Photos lose their location data on your phone, before they are saved.
Your choices
- The consent to processing the child's health data is given for each child and can be withdrawn at any time — that deletes the child's profile at once. See Deleting.
- The whole history can be downloaded at any time, free of charge — see Export.
- Deleting the account deletes your data; an e-mailed copy goes to you first.
